  I was referred by my Architect to Kitchen Inspiration. He highly recommends them because he has worked with Tracy on many projects even before she opened her own business. So I went there with my wife to check them out. It is a new showroom, not very big but nice and clean. They have different design on the display which you don't see it everywhere. There is one very large contemporary display with many special well engineered features with it. Juliet and I like the one they called "Magic corner" a lot :) It's so cool! The WENGE veneer was exactly what we were looking for. Got to meet with Tracy, very nice lady. She had the plan from our architect so we could discuss the design right there. She asked question about our cooking style, and many questions before start laying out our kitchen. We made changes during the consultation until we see exactly the kitchen we like from the computer. We have every accessory we like fit in to the cabinets. Tracy was so helpful and patient during our meeting. Price was very reasonable and we enjoy the professional service. Tracy ordered a sample door for us so we could shop around for other materials without trying to picture what the color is. She came to our house to take measurement before we finalized the plan. She is very detail oriented. That's one of the reasons we gave her our business. She came to receive the cabinets and worked very close with our contractor and architect. It took about 3 months from design phase to finish. Tracy communicate with all parties: contractor, architect and us very well. We really enjoy working with her. We host a party last weekend in our new kitchen. With all the compliment on our kitchen, Juliet was so happy...Well, if she's happy, I am happy. We recommend Tracy and Kitchen Inspiration to everyone.

  It took a year to finish our house remodeling but I must say that it was a great pleasure working with Tracy! I had the kitchen cabinets, 2 and half bathroom cabinets, Laundry room cabinets, Entry/ window seat cabinets and the countertops. Tracy is truly professional and very responsive to emails or any kinds of communication. She suggested several other options to try to meet our budget. You can totally feel that she does care about the customer's project! When we installed the Kitchen cabinets, we happened to be abroad for vacation but Tracy visited our jobsite twice to help our contractor making sure that everything is installed in the right way. I am happy with the quality of products and they look gorgeous! I also get a lot of compliments from the guests. I highly recommend Tracy to everyone who is considering any kinds of house remodeling!

  My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending the whole spectrum of services provided by Kitchen Inspiration in remodeling our kitchen, and assisting in the remodeling of our guest bathroom. Our prime designer, Luciana Sequeira, was very creative in designing a new kitchen and dining area for our Palo Alto townhouse that optimized the available space in a much better way than we could have imagined on our own. In addition, although the scope of remodeling of our guest bathroom primarily involved the cabinetry, her suggestion for installing a barn door for this fairly small space is a good example of a simple recommendation that had a big impact. As remodeling novices, my wife and I truly "didn't know what we didn't know." Tracy Jiang's design and construction experience was also an invaluable resource, and complemented the primary role played by Luciana very effectively. Both Tracy and Luciana were always very timely in responding to any follow up questions we had, and whether the communication involved in-person meetings, emails, phone calls and text messages, my wife and I were made to feel that our business was appreciated and that our satisfaction with their services was very important to them. Our thanks and appreciation also go to Jeff Lee. Although he wasn't involved in the construction phase of our project, Jeff was very willing and skilled in assisting with some post-implementation adjustments of the kitchen and kitchen Island cabinetry.
